Welcome to The Gym Braunton Reformer Pilates Studio. A space designed to help you move better, build strength and feel your best. Our purpose-built studio offers an intimate training environment with just six Technogym Reformers, allowing every class to benefit from a more personal experience.
Every class is led by a fully qualified instructor, professionally trained through the London Pilates Academy, ensuring you receive expert coaching in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Whether you're completely new to Reformer Pilates or looking to take your training to the next level, our classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, increase flexibility and develop better movement patterns, all while being kind to your joints.
