Studio Cycle
Studio cycle, also known as Spinning, is the original indoor cycling class. Based on a static indoor bike, these classes are designed to focus on cardiovascular fitness, endurance and strength. Instructors will take participants through routes using intervals, hill climbs and sprints that will tone and strengthen muscles and give an excellent calorie burn!
Yoga
Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices dating back over thousands of years. Yoga with us at the gym focuses on building physical and mental strength through a series flowing moves and held poses
Pilates
Pilates uses controlled movements to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. The core principals of this widely recognised training method aim to enhance mental wellbeing, breathing and concentration as well as to relax and centre the body.
Stretch and tone
Stretch and Tone is a class focusing on fluid movements, incorporating elements of yoga, Tai Chi and core work. This class will increase your flexibility, core strength, mobility and balance both in body and mind
Fit Ball
A class based around the fantastic ‘swiss ball’ This class will develop all over body strength, especially core strength and stability. A great class for those wanting to tone up
Circuits
45 minutes classes which work on a mixture of resistance, cardio and core exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells and other equipment to help increase your overall fitness, muscular tone and energy levels.
Strength Circuits
This class will help you learn the skills required to master compound lifts whilst increasing your strength and challenging your cardiovascular capabilities. This scalable class is designed to help you improve your confidence with a variety of free weight and barbell exercises
Functional Fitness
45 minute class focussing on exercises which transfer over to everyday life. There are 2 sections:

Focus on resistance based exercises to build strength and lean muscle. Helping you stay resilient to injury and increase your metabolic rate.

Conditioning which uses a mixture of higher intensity cardio and resistance exercises increasing your fitness and creating that after burn effect.
Abs Attack
These 45 Minute sessions aim to blast your core and abs. We work on training your core in multiple directions using a variety of movement patterns keeping you strong, stable and resilient to injury
Workout of the Week
This class is a full body workout incorporating a variety of functional movements. Expect a combination of high intensity and strength focused exercises that are different every week!
Les Mills BodyPump
BodyPump is the original barbel class and is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. These classes use light to moderate weights, with lots of repetitions, through scientifically backed moves and techniques, to give you a total body workout.
Les Mills BodyCombat
BodyCombat is a non-contact, martial arts inspired, high energy workout. No experience is required in this workout incorporating moves from karate, taekwondo, boxing, Muay Thai, capoeira and Kung Fu. These workouts will help you relieve stress, increase cardiovascular fitness and develop better co-ordination
Les Mills BodyBalance
BodyBalance is a yoga based class designed to improve your mind and body. These classes take you through a range of stretches based inspired by simple yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates and will help with overall body strength, flexibility and mindfulness
Les Mills CX Worx
CX Worx focuses mainly on the muscles around the core, one of the vital ingredients for a stronger body. This class uses resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises. All the moves in this class have options, meaning it is challenging but achievable for all levels of fitness
Les Mills GRIT – Athletic
GRIT athletic classes are a 30 minute high intensity interval training sports conditioning workout. These workouts use steps and body weight in a multi-dimensional format to increase your overall athletic performance; strength, agility, speed and power
Les Mills GRIT – Strength
GRIT strength classes use a variety of barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness, improve strength and build lean muscle across all major muscle groups
Les Mills GRIT – Cardio
GRIT cardio is a 30 minute high intensity interval training class that uses a variety of body weight exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximise calorie burn.
