Classes Included: Free, unlimited classes included within your membership. We recommend to book in advance to secure yourself a space!
Regular Talks/Workshops: We hold regular health workshops and talks within the gym, free to all members. These talks are based on a whole range of things related to health. If there is an area you would like us to cover, please contact us.
Free starter programmes: We have created a series of free starter training programmes for those of you who are new to the gym or would like a head start. These programmes include fat loss, muscle build/toning and strength. If there is anything you are uncertain about, don't hesitate to ask a member of staff. We can also create bespoke programmes tailored to you at an extra cost.
Monthly Health Check-ins: Each month you will receive a 'health check-in' email. We encourage everyone to take the time to answer the questions within, even if it just to reflect and pay a little conscious attention to your health as a whole. These health check-ins focus on your mental health as well as your physical health and journey at the gym. We will be following up these questionnaires in a bid to help everyone improve and take ownership of their mental and physical health.
Tanita Body Composition Analysis: Our body composition scales are an excellent bit of kit and allow us to view an accurate snapshot of muscle mass, muscle percentage, body fat, visceral fat and lots more... Within your membership you will receive a body composition analysis every 3 months... Extra uses are available at £5 a go.

Personalised programme: A programme built around you and your goals. This programme will be expertly tailored to your ability and goals as well as taking into account your experience and needs within the gym environment
Diet advice/planning: Our gold memberships include varying levels of diet and nutritional advice depending on the individual. For those wanting some generic help and advice we can help with some basic portioning and macronutrient advice. For those who would like a full dietary overhaul we can write full meal plans taking into account dietary requirements and fitness goals, even for the fussiest of eaters!
Accountability tracker: We will help you find accountability in your day to day habits and help you to make small adjustments to help you improve your health as whole. Your wellness is affected by more than just your physical habits, so the accountability tracker touches on any area of your health that you may be struggling with
Training: Depending on the level of Gold membership selected, varying levels of personal training are included with your package. From small group personal training sessions (4 or less people) all the way up to multiple 1-1 sessions a week, we can offer a bespoke package to fit your availability and your goals. Our enthusiastic and experienced instructors will help you through your sessions at close quarters, ensuring that you are getting both a safe and effective workout whilst most importantly, working towards your goals
